Bionote
She has been working as Assistant Professor(Adhoc) at the Department of Elementary Education, Lady Shri Ram College for Women,University of Delhi since the past seven years.Prior to joining LSR she has taught at schools as pre-primary,primary and secondary school teacher. She was also associated with Early child education project of CECED,Ambedkar University, Delhi as research assistant. At LSR, has been engaged in teaching-learning, coordinating various theory papers like Basic Concepts in Education, Curriculum studies, child development, Human relation and communication,Cognition and learning and practicums like Observing Children, school contact programme,Self development workshops, Story telling, classroom management, guiding students in research project work, mentoring and and counseling for Intra personal and Interpersonal areas.She has been actively engaged with students editorial team for Depatment’s Newsletter ‘Sehar’ and students Union of Department as Association -Incharge,contributed to the corporate social life of the college in various capacities- Staff advisor to various societies including dhyaana, Prakriti ,college placement Cell,and NSS.
