Overview of our current projects

Project Ruhani
Project Ruhani, an initiative of Enactus LSR believes that good education has the power to change millions of lives and consequently, the face of a country.

To fight the negative impacts of this pandemic, we make sure our students have the mental health support necessary to cope with the losses and transitions of the past year. We wish to make school systems networks of emotional support and care, thus giving more time for children to simply enjoy the most ripest age of their lives. We at Ruhani have curated our own Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum that builds upon children’s soft skills. A radical transformation in the way the education system works is now the need of the hour.

Ruhani aims to bring each and every kid under the purview of this educational revolution.

Recently accomplished sustainable projects

Project Utthaan
Utthaan signifies upliftment. In 2017, Utthaan started with the aim of uplifting nursery communities by equipping them with the skill of vertical gardening. Over the years, our team of 42 social entrepreneurs has worked to combat the rising air pollution of Delhi by introducing various other innovative solutions such as landscaping, bio air purifier and an e-commerce website. In Utthaan’s last year, we upskilled 53 migrant workers in advanced horticultural skills through the Uthaan School of Upskilling. Our e-commerce website has successfully completed over 17,000 plant deliveries, helping 120+ nursery communities, pan India. We have spearheaded several successful environmental initiatives namely- The Tree Tag Campaign, the Green Car Project. Utthaan is now sustainable, and would be carried forth by our partners, the Indian Nurserymen Association.
