From 28 to 30 March 2026, LSR hosted its annual cultural festival, Tarang—a vibrant extravaganza that seamlessly blends entertainment with learning and collaboration. This year’s celebration centered on the journey of self-discovery, anchored by the official theme, Khud Se Mulaqat. Guided by the evocative tagline, “In every note, every colour, every captured moment, a self, waiting to be found,” the festival invited students to pause amidst the bustle of campus life and reflect on their personal growth through time. The campus came alive with artistic displays from the LSR community, featuring intricate decor, stalls, pottery workshops, and the “Wall of Self.”
As a national platform, Tarang welcomed students from across the country to compete in diverse disciplines, including dance, theatre, photography, and debating. The festivities were prefaced by the high-energy musical prelude, Junoon-e-Tarang, featuring the Safarnama Band, and continued with stellar performances by artists such as Rahasya, Sushant Mishra, Maahi Zaveri, and Sukriti and Rajat Sood. The spirit of the three-day journey was perfectly encapsulated in the official hashtag: #tarangseroobaroo.
