  • Honorary Project Mentor, Kaidoko Automation Solutions, a start-up firm to develop an adaptive, individualized learning and development assistant for the education system. It uses a series of psychological, behavioral features and cognitive skill set using data driven based automation to help students, teachers and parents on how to learn effectively.   • Developed Pradhan Mantri Kaushalya Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) Job Aptitude Test, to screen candidates under the Government of India’s Skill India Programme, ICA Edu Skills Pvt. Ltd. (December 2017-30 March 2018)
  • Developed CRIF Psychometric Scorecard, an integrity test to assess credit score for loan takers, for CRIF, a credit research bureau firm, 1 March 2017-31 August 2017
