He holds PhD and Post-graduation in Journalism and Mass Communication from Kurukshetra University, Haryana. He has also qualified UGC-NET in Journalism and Mass communication. He has previously taught at the J.C. Bose University of Science & Technology, YMCA, Faridabad, Haryana. He has associated with Television, Newspaper, Theatre, and Social and community groups. He has participated in many media workshops, seminars, conferences, and faculty development programs. He has won various international, national, and state-level competitions. He is the author of Six books to his credit. His many research papers, review articles published in reputed journals. He guided many undergraduate and post-graduate students of journalism and mass communication.
