Quiz society is often misconstrued as a society of the haughty 'know it alls' but it most certainly is not. We are a bunch of fun and (if we may speak for ourselves!) curious people, who are 'in-quiz-itive', and love not only to answer but also ask questions. We discuss simply everything under the sun in formal sessions held at regular intervals. As for the serious stuff - there is a Quizzing Bowl comprising quizzes on all topics under the sun. There are online quizzes renewed every fortnight on the facebook group. These quizzes contain multifarious themes from sports to biology; from etymology to politics, history, philosophy, and current affairs.... the list is endless.
We often participate in the quizzes in and around Delhi and our objective is to prove to people that quizzing is quite often looked at through gender biased lenses. So come join us if you are plagued by sustained curiosity and if you find it difficult to put down your thinking cap!

The Quiz Society had a very packed year with many inter and intra college events. It started the year with a Recruitment Quiz to induct new members. This was followed by a quizzing workshop and an Inter-Department Quiz.
A series of five intra-college sessions was conducted by members of the Society. A General Quiz, ‘Major(ly) General and ‘Brisk Business’ a business quiz, ‘World of Women’, a quiz on women and ‘Shake Chilli’ the food quiz were some of the exciting events that dotted the society’s eventful year. ‘Al-Hind’, the inter-college India quiz was conducted by two-time Tata Crucible champion, Mr. Sreshth Shah and the event was a massive success with over 180 participants.
The Quiz Society in collaboration with Interface organised an inter-college mythology, etymology and history quiz called MEH conducted by proloific quizmaster Shubhankar Bahl. The event had over hundred participants from various colleges in Delhi and NCR. The society conducted its Annual Quiz Festival during Tarang 2017. QuizCross, ‘Al-Hind’, ‘Quizzical.ly’, the open Pop Culture Quiz, and ‘This Is Not A Quiz’, the open FLAMES Quiz were some of the events that were and was enthusiastically received hundreds of students and young professionals.
The Quiz Society in collaboration with Department of B.A Programme also organised a quiz on mythology.
